Order prepayments are completely refundable within the period of 1 week after the payment is made.

Final payments are invoiced after the service has been provided. By submitting the final payment client approves that the service has been provided completely and the client is satisfied with the result.

Since KAY-COM LLC is offering non-tangible irrevocable services we DO NOT issue refunds for final payments after the service has been provided. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing our services.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services we supply.

  1. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

    • service prepayment has been made by mistake or parties have come to an agreement about order cancellation;
    • service not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis in agreement of both parties concerned.
